Needless to say a few years have passed since then and I have only grown more intrigued with the incredible influence  hypnosis can exert on an "open mind." An open mind is amazingly transformable and anxiously available to rescue us in times of confusion, conflict and crisis. Back in the sixties when I was a teenager, I became interested in hypnosis after seeing an ad in a magazine for a manual offering to teach me how to hypnotize others. I purchased the manual, but really was too young to understand its value. About four years later, I saw my first hypnosis demonstration which really amazed me and ever since then I've only become more and more intrigued as to the incredible power of suggestion. Today, after years of studying the human condition from various spectra of the world of employment and education, I continue to use hypnosis as a means to assist people in their efforts to succeed.

As a nationally certified hypnotherapist and a certified Specialist in Fitness Nutrition  and licensed as a substance abuse counselor, I work  collaboratively with clients daily to affect positive change. Between my experience as a hypnotherapist and my many years as a counselor, I am constantly reminded of the devastation of addiction, anxiety, stress and all the challenges we face as human beings and constantly reminded of our ability to rise to whatever challenge!

Does hypnosis really work? That's the question I hear most often and my response is, indubitably! There are two prerequisites, however. One, you must be willing to participate, and two, you must have a sincere desire to change whatever it is you SAY you want to change. With these two criteria being met, success will be yours!
